My name is Sean Ranieri. I am a New Jersey native who moved to Windsor in 2013, and I have to say that I love Connecticut. I am a real estate professional at William Raveis First Town Real Estate in Windsor, CT, which my wife Elizabeth and I own and operate. We have a combined 29 years of real estate sales experience. Additionally we have unparalleled home staging, interior design, and architectural photography expertise, having run businesses in these fields for the last 12 years. We also have extensive training in Internet and social media marketing. We have construction experience, having been through our own construction process two times, as well as helping clients through their design processes. In addition to experience, I bring integrity to every interaction with my clients, and I expect the same from the people I work with. The professional resources (attorneys, home inspectors, lenders, contractors, etc) I share with my clients are fully vetted by myself and my coworkers to be experts in their fields. I intend to do my best to make my clients' real estate dealings as free of stress as possible. When I'm not working, I'm usually playing with my two sons, spending time with my family and friends, hiking, camping, competing in trivia night, or attending one of the area's amazing festivals.
